Maureen Jarvis manages the Large Corporate Global Transaction sales team in Canada and has overarching responsibility for driving the enterprise strategy for the GTS organization in Canada. With close to 25 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Maureen has held a variety of senior positions with global transaction services in multiple regions, including Asia, EMEA, Latin America and Canada. Maureen’s international focus included delivering local payment capabilities in the Asia market, expanding and managing the partner bank network in Europe, creating and driving product strategies in the global USD clearing market as well as managing the product team in Mexico and Brazil. Just prior to leading the GTS organization in Canada, Maureen was responsible for building out the local transactional services capabilities in the Canadian market.
Maureen holds an Honors Degree in Economics from Queens University and currently is on the AFPC-Ottawa Board, and the Women in Payments™ Advisory Council. Maureen also sits on BAML Canada country leadership team and Women’s leadership council.

Darcy Ferron
Director, Business Development & Operations
Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC)
Mr. Ferron represents the Canadian Commercial Corporation as Director, Business Development & Operations, where he is responsible for leading the international contract structuring team and driving change management inside the international sales business unit. Previously, he represented BMO Capital Markets as Vice-President, Trade Finance, heading the development of new business and the growth of existing relationships with importers and exporters in Eastern Canada. Mr. Ferron is also a former Senior Manager, Trade Finance at Scotiabank.
Prior to his career in banking, Mr. Ferron served as a Consultant with International Financial Consulting Ltd. In this capacity, he played an important role in numerous projects, including authoring Export Development Canada’s (EDC) Export Finance Guide as well as providing foreign buyer risk assessment training for Russia’s Vnesheconombank. In 2005-06 he completed an executive interchange with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) as Senior Trade Finance Specialist, advising the Minister on complex trade policy issues and transactions, including their legal, financial, and political aspects. He is also a former Underwriter with EDC, specializing in small-business export credit, and is an experienced trainer for university-level learning.
Mr. Ferron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP). In 2011 he completed the prestigious HEC Montréal / McGill University Executive MBA and now sits on the Advisory Board of the program. He is also an elected member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Canada, serving on both the Finance and Audit Committees.
Hany Naguib

Hany has more than thirty years experience in International Banking, Treasury Management and Foreign Exchange. He started his career with the Bank of Nova Scotia overseas where he spent three years, followed by two years at the Bank of Montréal in Montréal. Mr. Naguib joined Bank of America in 1982 to manage the wholesale and retail foreign exchange (FX) operations, systems, and accounting for Eastern Canada. In 1989, after working two years in Sydney, Australia, where he oversaw the Foreign Currency Services unit, he returned to Canada as an institutional and large corporate sales officer responsible for business development. In 1996, Mr. Naguib managed the Eastern Canada Treasury Management team and in 2000 assumed the responsibility as Canada Sales Manager for the Working Capital Management (WCM) team across Canada.
In 2014 Hany assumed the role as Sales Executive, Strategic relationships, In this role, Hany provides senior sponsorship and thought leadership to BAML’s Canadian corporate and government clients.
Hany holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo and an MBA 1 from McGill University. He actively participates in the community business activities: Member of AFP, TMAC, and American & Canadian Chambers of Commerce.
Susan Love
Vice-President and Treasurer
Export Development Canada (EDC)
Susan Love was appointed Vice-President and Treasurer in June 2013, reporting to the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Love has 22 years of capital markets experience, and 10 years of leadership experience, including the last five years as EDC's Deputy Treasurer. She has worked in every role in Treasury - short term borrowing, investments, long term borrowing and technology - and has navigated through a wide variety of market conditions.
Ms. Love graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with an Honours in Management Systems and is fluently bilingual.
