Krishen Rangasamy is a Senior Economist at National Bank and follows economic developments and their implications for fixed income, equity, foreign exchange and commodities markets. He is involved in the development of forecast scenarios for the US and Canadian economies, as well as currencies.
Prior to joining National Bank Financial, Krishen spent four years at an investment bank in Toronto as an economist where he was involved in research and forecasting. Before that, he worked for four years in the energy industry in Western Canada where he was involved in econometric modeling and risk management. He holds a Master's Degree in Economics.
