AFP–Ottawa wishes to welcome and thank-you for supporting our association and would like to offer your organization a unique sponsorship opportunity to highlight the strength and value of your organization to our membership. 

AFP- Ottawa is recognized as providing its members with timely and relevant speaker, networking and social events that promote an exchange of knowledge, ideas and creative solutions to the challenges facing Ottawa's treasury, risk management and financial professionals. 

Membership in AFP-Ottawa includes representation from diverse financial sectors, all levels of government, crown corporations, banking and financial services, retail/wholesale, high-tech, medical, educational, and legal, insurance, consulting and other sectors.   

We believe there is tremendous value for an organization such as yours to become, or continue being, a valued Sponsor. We also hope you will consider our new level of Sponsorship available at the Gold Level but please find below all our available sponsorship opportunities for your organization.

Please note that all AFP-Ottawa printed banners, sponsor displays and the like will be funded by the association, the cost of which is included in the sponsor’s contribution. Event specific sponsorship opportunities may also be negotiated with AFP-Ottawa. The nature, content and extent of the sponsorship can be explored further with the undersigned.

Gold Sponsor - $2500 – non-exclusive

  1. One Corporate AFP-Ottawa season membership valued at $325;
  2. Event cost for one Sponsor representative at each paid event
  3. Unlimited member rate for sponsors representatives attending any paid event
  4. Public acknowledgement and Brand promotion and Medium size sponsor’s logo in the each event’s publicity mail out;
  5. Brand promotion by way of Banner(s) or  placards at each of the chapters events;
  6. Logo displayed at the registration table and podium;
  7. Logo displayed at the dinner /lunch tables
  8. Logo displayed on the AFP-Ottawa web site;
  9. An opportunity to display sponsor products/brochure at each event; 
  10. AFP-Ottawa’s President or MC will mention and acknowledge your company at each           AFP-Ottawa event

Silver Sponsor - $1500 – non-exclusive

  1. One Individual AFP-Ottawa season membership valued at $125
  2. One additional sponsors employee at the member rate for paid events
  3. Public acknowledgement and smaller size sponsor’s logo in the each event’s publicity mail out;
  4. Brand promotion by way of Banner(s) or  placards at each of the chapters events;
  5. Logo displayed at the registration table and podium;
  6. Logo displayed at the dinner /lunch tables;
  7. AFP-Ottawa’s President or MC will mention and acknowledge your company at each           AFP-Ottawa event
