Jenny Chen is an award-winning executive and systems strategist with over 16 years of experience in corporate finance. A former top-ranking Investment Specialist and Financial Planner, she went on to serve as Regional Sales Leader for Eastern Canada before leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and later Business Growth & Transformation at a 6,000-person global wealth management firm.
Today, Jenny leads Catalais Consulting Ltd., advising organizations across finance, philanthropy, sports, housing, public sector, and healthcare on redesigning culture, embedding equity into leadership, and building high-performing, future-ready teams. She also hosts the Tune Up Your Warrior podcast, featuring cross-sector leaders redefining success and belonging in modern workplaces.
