Head of Liability Management – CIBC Capital Markets
Andrew sits within the Debt Capital Markets team in the Investment Banking division at CIBC in New York. He is the Head of Liability Management at CIBC, focusing on tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations for corporate and financial clients globally. He also leads Debt Capital Markets coverage for selected US corporates, primarily in the Autos and TMT verticals.
Andrew previously worked at a top European investment bank, leading their Liability Management practice for the Americas.
