Topic: Ottawa Light Rail Transit P3 - Lessons Learned
In this year's keynote presentation, Marian Simulik will provide us with an update on the LRT project, talk about lessons learned from Stage 1, and how those lessons helped in negotiations on Stage 2 of this innovative transit project.

Marian Simulik, General Manager of Corporate Services and City Treasurer for the City of Ottawa
Marian Simulik is the General Manager of Corporate Services and City Treasurer for the City of Ottawa. In the role of Treasurer, Ms. Simulik is responsible for all financial aspects of the Corporation including development of the $3.8 billion operating budget, issuing tax bills and securing private sector financing in the capital markets. Marian Simulik is a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Ontario, and has an MBA and Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.
