There seems to be considerable interest in the media about Mobile Payments and we are inundated with ads for mobile devices. But, do we really know what a Mobile Payment may be? What is causing the proliferation of Mobile Payments around the world? Is it likely to become prevalent in Canada? Will it replace more traditional forms of payment? Please join us as Mo Jansons from RBC discusses these pressing issues at our kick-off event for 2010/11.

As Director of Interbank Operations & Industry Affairs for Royal Bank, Mo works with the other Financial Institutions, regulators and industry associations to ensure that the rules and processes shared by the industry continue to lead the world in cost and efficiency. A career banker, Mo's experience includes branch operations, audit, credit cards, business lending, corporate lending and cash management services. Mo is a graduate of Glendon College of York University and is also an Associate, Institute of Canadian Bankers (AICB).
