Lynn Ferrari

Speaker: Lynn Ferrari, People & Change Practice Leader GVA, KPMG

In her role as KPMG’s People & Change Practice Leader GVA, Lynn Ferrari is known as an organizational growth catalyst fostering cultures of innovation, achievement and engagement.  In this capacity, she delivers business solutions required for clients to compete in the digital future, attract, retain and reskill critical talent, achieve inclusion and diversity as a responsible corporate citizen and business differentiator, and foster authentic connections and new ways of collaborating.  Lynn is recognized as a people centric, data-driven problem solver, building values-based cultures in technology, financial services, retail, government, manufacturing, construction, and legal organizations serving clients such as Amazon, Starbucks, Blackberry, Expedia, T-Mobile, JP Morgan Chase, Holland America, and Wendy’s.

Tara Van Zuiden

Speaker: Tara Van Zuiden, Partner, Human Capital, Deloitte

Tara is a Partner based in Vancouver and leads Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation practice for Western Canada. She brings 17 years of experience in leading Talent and Leadership initiatives. The majority of her work focuses on working with executives to understand their strategic priorities, identify talent implications and collaborate to build and execute a compelling and agile workforce strategies to drive organizational performance. She is particularly focused on how to enable organizations to identify and build future ready leaders and has recently led a number of engagements with large public and private sector organizations across Canada to define their post-COVID workforce strategies.
